✔ Your artwork, logo, or text to be embroidered
✔ Your item type and preferred color
✔ The item size
✔ The embroidery size
✔ Delivery or Pick-Up (with exact informations for the shipping process)
Single item orders: Full payment is required upfront.
Orders of 2 or more items: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be paid before pickup or delivery.

Before we begin, we’ll create a digital mockup for your approval to ensure you’re happy with the placement, size, and colors.
Once approved, we will bring your design to life using high-quality threads and expert craftsmanship. We then trim, clean, and prepare your item for shipment or pickup.

Once your custom embroidery is ready, we will proceed to the delivery or pick up of your order:
